Henry ÒNormanÓ Babin, 87, passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2015. 
He was a native of Thibodaux, LA and a resident of Raceland, LA.

Visitation will be on Friday, December 4, 2015 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in St. Charles Community, LA from 9am until funeral time. A Mass of Christian burial will take place at 11am at the church. 

Burial will be in St. Charles Borromeo Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Ouida Bourgeois Babin; sons, Michael Babin Sr. and wife Bernadette, and Kenneth Babin and wife Margaret; daughter, Kathleen Lirette and husband Jerry; brothers, James Babin, Linwood Babin, and Walter Babin Jr.; 5 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Walter Babin Sr. and Inez Boudreaux Babin; brothers, Blaise Babin, Horace Babin, Simon Babin, and Nolan Babin; sisters, Margaret Chaisson, and Shirley Bourgeois; and grandson, Travis Lirette.
