Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafourche/obits/dateobits/2015/f1512.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Charles "T-Joe" John Boyne, 60, native of Houma, Louisiana, died peacefully at his home on Dec. 20, 2015. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2015 at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. The eulogy will begin at 10:45 with a memorial Mass following. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Sheila Boudreaux Boyne; his mother, Jeanne Boyne Wurzlow; his daughter, Elizabeth Boyne Canady and husband Benjamin; his son, Jeffrey Charles Boyne and wife, Lacey; his daughter Meagan Boyne Korell and husband Jason; his grandchildren, Kerry Patrick Boyne, Charlie Elizabeth Canady, Aubrey Madeline Korell, and Mathilda Grace Boyne; his siblings, James Madison Boyne and wife Jodi, Mary Boyne Wroblewski and husband Danny, Andrew Eugene Boyne, Jeanne Boyne Bourgeois and husband Vernon, his godchildren Timothy Boyne Wroblewski, Shea Bergeron Cox, and Brian Madison Bourgeois along with many other nieces and nephews; and his faithful pet companion Meaux. He was preceded in death by his father, James "Manny" Madison Boyne; stepfather, Herbert "Pop" Clarence Wurzlow; his wife's parents Robert "Bobby" and Elizabeth "Betty Boo" Boudreaux. Chuck was a devout Catholic and parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church and Holy Ghost Catholic Church in Hammond, LA. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He adored being "Pops" to his grandchildren and loved to attend sporting events, especially the Saints and LSU. T-Joe graduated from Vandebilt Catholic High School and earned his B.S. in Accounting from Nicholls State. He passed the CPA exam in 1979 and worked in the field ever since along with owning an offshore rental company, Cro Equipment, and affectionately became known as "number cruncher" to his coworkers. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Francis de Sales School or St. Jude's Children Hospital. Charles' family is grateful for the amazing support, prayers, and comfort given to them from family, friends, and medical providers.
