Visitation will be from 5:00 – 9:00 Tuesday, Dec. 8, at Falgout Funeral Home, Raceland. Also, 9:00 - 11:00 Wednesday morning, Dec. 9 at St. Mary's Nativity Church, Raceland. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. with burial in St. Mary's Nativity Church cemetery, Raceland. She is survived by her children, Donna Migues; fiancé, Ronnie Theriot; Mike, Lori Jean Brown, Gary (Sonda Croker) Barbara Schexnayder (Dwayne) and Valerie Folse (David); daughter in law, Livea Brown; 10 grand-children, Michelle Davis, Monica (fiancé Jeremy), E.J., III (Patience), Chelsea, Dylan, Ashlyn; (fiancé, Jacob Badeaux), Jordan, Sarah, Seth, and Alexis; 5 great grandchildren; and sister, Rosie Pfister. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Josephine Forte, sons E.J. Jr., Patrick, and Robert; son in law, Recey Migues and brother, Vincent Forte. She was a retired teacher of St. Charles Parish School Board, with over 30 years of service. She loved cooking and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations in Mrs. Carmelite's name to Parkinson's Foundation and Hospice of Acadiana. ======================
