Wilbert Collins, age 69, a native of New Orleans and a resident of Thibodaux, 
entered into eternal life on Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2015. 

Visiting will be held from 9 a.m. until the hour of service at 11 a.m. 
Saturday, Jan. 2 at Morning Star Baptist Church in Thibodaux, 

with burial in the Blue Lilly Cemetery. 

He leaves to cherish his memories his Companion, Helen Joseph; mother, Dorothy 
Collins; father, Hezekiah Triggs Sr.; sons, Quincy Collins Sr., Wilbert (Stacy) 
Collins Jr. and Michael Richard Jr.; daughters, Le'Shon and Cassandra Collins; 
brothers, Henderson (Gloria), Hezekiah and Darryl Triggs; sisters, Bernadette 
Triggs, Darlene Triggs Williams, Sheila Triggs Bruce (David) and Wanda Triggs 
Henderson (Emanual); and five grandchildren, Keianna, Wilbert, Zakai, Quincy 
and Isaiah Collins. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Olidge Collins; and brother, Joseph 
Triggs. 

Kennedy Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
