Carol Bychurch Frederick, 67, a native of Cut Off and a resident of Lockport, 
passed away Thursday, December 17, 2015.

Visitation will be Wednesday, December 23, 2015 from 9am to 11am, followed by 
the Mass at 11am at Holy Savior Church in Lockport.

Survived by
Her loving daughter- Sherry Frederick
Sisters- Barbara Bouzigard and Joyce Dominique
Grandchildren- Brandy and Sarah

Preceded in death by
Loving husband- Raywood J. Frederick, now together in heaven
Parents- John Bychurch and Armina Bychurch

Carol was loved by her family and friends and she will be greatly missed.

Samart Funeral Home of Houma, L.L.C. is in charge of Arrangements.
