Jerry Joseph Gilfour, Sr., 72, a native of Napoleonville, LA and a resident of 
Thibodaux, LA, passed away on Thursday, December 24, 2015.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 from 8:30 am to 11:00 am 
at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral in Thibodaux, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 
celebrated at 11:00 am at the church 

followed by burial in St. Joseph Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Jacqueline “Jackie” Orgeron Gilfour; 
son, Jerry Joseph Gilfour, Jr. and wife Tina; daughters, Erica Annis and 
husband Westley, Julie M. Casstevens; grandchildren, Mandie Annis, Jerry 
Gilfour III, Bernard Annis, Christina Gilfour, Amalie Annis, Nathan Casstevens, 
Natalie Casstevens; brothers, Robert Gilfour, Roy D. Gilfour, Larry Gilfour.

He is preceded in death by parents, Harry Gilfour and Mathilde Adams Gilfour; 
sister, Shirley Tabor.

He is a veteran of the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era.
