Sally Toups Guy, 70, a native of Chauvin and a resident of Montegut, died 
Friday, December 18, 2015.

Visitation will be Monday, December 21, 2015 from 5pm - 9pm at Samart Funeral 
Home of Houma Tuesday, December 22, 2015 from 9am - 11am at St. Joseph Catholic 
Church, Chauvin, LA
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11am on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at St. 
Joseph Catholic Church, Chauvin, LA

Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Chauvin, LA

Survived by:
Husband - Wilson Guy
Sons - Kimothy Guy and wife Melissa and Jody Guy and wife Jodie
grandchildren - Travis and wife Tamatha, T-Kim, James, Alexis
5 great grandchildren - Lil T, Donald, Daeanna, Trevor and Trent
Brother - Nolan Toups
Sisters - Pauline Martin and Alberta Miller

Preceded in death by:
Parents - Louis Toups and Odelia Gautreaux Toups
