Emily L. Stevenson, 70, a native of Terrebonne and resident of Gray, passed 
away on Dec. 5, 2015. 

Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until funeral service on Saturday, Dec. 12 
at Hollywood Road Church of Christ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 
a.m. on Saturday at the Church, 

with burial in Halfway Cemetery. She is survived by her son, Keith Stevenson, 
daughter, Janice Gardener (Tmoura); sisters, Dorothy Johnson, Hellena (John) 
Hall, Linda (Harry) Tillman, L Roberta (LeRoy) James; brothers, Lonnie (Texie 
Lee) Johnson, Izeal (Doris) Johnson, Joseph Johnson, Eugene (Claudette) 
Johnson; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Viola Johnson and Andrew Lyons, and 
Fred Johnson Sr.; brother, Fred Johnson Jr.; and grandparents, Julia Medese and 
Izeal VanBuren. 

She was a member of Church of Christ. 

Gertrude Geddes Willis Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
