Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafourche/obits/dateobits/2016/f1601.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Olivia Breaux Anthony, age 62, originally from Houma and current resident of Gray, passed away peacefully into the hands of the Lord on the morning of January 2, 2016. Olivia married for 37 years, was a beloved mother to three children, two grandchildren and one godchild. She had retired in 2012 from teaching and very much enjoyed spending time with family and friends, cooking, gardening, arts and crafts and travelling. She was a very kind and caring person who helped others whenever needed. Words cannot express how much she will be missed. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at Falgout Funeral Home, Houma, LA and from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM on Friday, January 8, 2016 at St. Gregory Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 PM Friday with burial to follow in St. Francis #2 Cemetery. Olivia came from a large family with nine brothers and sisters. She is survived by her husband, Terry Anthony; son, James Anthony of Midland, TX; daughters, Lori Anthony of Gray, LA, Megan Anthony of Cypress, TX; grandsons, Vincent and Teddy Anthony of Midland, TX; sisters, Doris Pulley of Gray, LA, Anita Bergeron of Gray, LA, Dolores Babin (Mike Armit) of Bayou Black, LA and Joyce McElroy (George) of Bayou Blue, LA. She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl Breaux, Sr. and Velma Toups Breaux; brothers, Elbert, Morris, Earl Breaux, Jr.; sisters, Judy and Florence Breaux; paternal grandparents, Alphonse and Olivia Trahan Breaux; maternal grandparents, Ernest and Effie Crochet Toups. Olivia was a member of St. Gregory Church in Houma. In lieu of flowers a donation to St. Gregory in her memory is acceptable. Falgout Funeral Homes in charge of arrangements. ======================
