Sidney J. “Billy” Daigle Jr., 80, a native of Raceland, LA and resident of 
Thibodaux, LA., was born on September 23, 1935 and passed away on Saturday, 
January 2, 2016.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 from 11:30am until 1:30pm at 
Landry’s Funeral Home in Thibodaux, LA. A mass of Christian burial will follow 
at 2pm at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Thibodaux LA. 

Immediately followed by burial at St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux, LA.

He is survived by his wife Carole Benoit Daigle; son, Derek P. Daigle and wife 
Sandi; daughters, Nicole D. Cowan and husband Patrick, Michelle D. Eschette and 
husband Mark; He had six grandchildren, Maci Eschette, Tyler Eschette, Zoe 
Cowan, Mia Cowan, Sarah Daigle, and Corra Daigle.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Sidney Daigle and Nora Daigle Gaudet; 
step father, Jules Gaudet and sister, Loretta D. Chauvin.
