Patric "Sam" DeSilvey, II, 62, of Gray, passed away on January 30, 2016.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 11AM at 109 
Merlin St., Gray, LA 70359, followed by a bereavement luncheon.

He is survived by Mother, Margie Inabinette DeSilvey, Son, Matthew A. DeSilvey, 
Son, Jonathan DeSilvey, Daughter, Nicole Harrison, Daughter, Angie Todd, 
Sister, Mary Sue Adams, Grandson, Michael Daniels, III, Granddaughter, Londyn 
DeSilvey and Granddaughter, Deja Harrison

He was preceded in death by Father, Patric G. DeSilvey and Sister, Charlotte 
Boyd.
