Marian C. Granier, 85, passed away January 30, 2016. 
She was a native and resident of Kraemer, LA.

A visitation will be held on Monday, February 1, 2016 from 8AM until funeral 
time at St Lawrence the Martyr Catholic Church in Kraemer, LA. A Mass of 
Christian Burial will be at 11AM at the church, 

with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

She is survived by her children, Dwight J. Granier and wife Carol M. Granier, 
Betty Morales and husband Claibert Morales, Jo Ann Becnel and husband Jody 
Becnel, Jody J. Granier and wife Dena S. Granier, Pauline G. Bennett and 
husband Oscar L. Bennett; 12- grandchildren; 18-great-grandchildren and 4-
great-great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph “Joe” Granier; parents, Wilmer 
Cortez and Laura Granier Cortez; brother, Howard “Blue Moon” Cortez; sisters, 
Vida Martinez and Earline Cortez.
