Hazel Meshyock, 70, a native of Huntingdon,PA and a resident of Houma, died 
Sunday, January 31, 2016.

Visitation will be Wednesday, February 3, 2016 from 9am to 11am at Samart 
Funeral Home.

Religious Services will be Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at 11am at Samart 
Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Rogers Cemetery.

Survived by
Husband- Donald Meshyock
Sons- Duane Meshyock and Randy Meshyock

Preceded in death by
Parents- Joseph and Mildred Gilchrist Norris
Sister- Verna M. Kanode

She was loved by everyone and she will be dearly missed.
