Earline Hoffmann Morvant, 93, was born on March 4, 1922 and passed away on 
January 4, 2016. She was a native and resident of Thibodaux, LA.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at St. Joseph Co-
Cathedral from 9:00 AM until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will take 
place at 11:00 AM 

with burial to follow in St. Joseph Co-Cathedral church cemetery.

She is survived by her children, Diane Dykes (Tommy), Daniel Morvant (Janelle), 
Nancy M. Banks, and Mary M. Tauzin (Vernon MacHauer); 9 grandchildren; 9 great 
grandchildren; brother, Kenneth Hoffmann, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence E. Morvant; parents, Irving 
Hoffmann, Sr. and Harriet W. Hoffmann; great grandchild, Christian Nelson; 
siblings, Irving Hoffmann, Jr., Winnie Hoffmann, Leland Hoffmann, and Lionel 
Hoffmann.

Landry’s Funeral Home Inc. is entrusted with handling the funeral arrangements.
