Anne K. Wilson, 84, a native of Memphis, Tennessee and resident of Thibodaux 
died Monday, January 18, 2016.

Visitation will be on Saturday, January 23, 2016 from 10 AM to funeral time at 
St. Genevieve Catholic Church in Thibodaux. A Mass of Christian Burial will 
take place at 11 a.m. at St. Genevieve. 

Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.

She is survived by her six children, Wanda L. Wilson, Margaret Wilson Kearns 
and husband Mark, Brenda S. Wilson, S. Burton Wilson IV and wife Susan, Robert 
E. Wilson and wife June, Paul J. Wilson and wife Marilyn; brother, Bob Kennedy 
and wife Alice; thirteen grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Samuel “Burt” Wilson III; her parents 
Robert and Leona Kennedy; and her brother Danny Kennedy.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Nicholls Foundation Burt 
Wilson Honors Award Fund.

Thibodaux Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
