"Lou" J. Allemand, age 80, resident of Houma, LA, passed away on Feb 10, 2016. 

He is survived by his wife, Marla Burson Allemand; sons: Greg J. Allemand 
(Phyllis), Micky J. Allemand (Kay) and Ebb A. Allemand (Katherine); daughters: 
LuAnn Vaith (Pat), Nina A. Theriot (Jody), Marie R. Allemand and Kristi L. 
Matherne (Chris); 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and brothers: Edwin 
Allemand & Ray Allemand. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, Anidas & Valerie LeBlanc Allemand; 5 
brothers and 3 sisters. 

To honor Norman's wishes there will not be a funeral service. 

He has elected to donate his body to science. 

Norman was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He 
loved hunting, fishing, gardening, and wine making. He was very generous and 
giving with his wine, tomatoes and oranges. 

He will always be loved and deeply missed.
