Gaven Paul "T-Goose" Chouest, age 20, a native and resident of Larose, LA, 
entered eternal rest on Feb. 4, 2016 at 8:05 PM. 

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 8 at Our 
Lady of the Rosary Church in Larose. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 
12 p.m. Monday at the church, 

with burial to follow in Our Lady of the Rosary Church cemetery in Larose. 

He is survived by his fiancée, Crystal L. Falgout; parents, Errol "T-Black" J. 
Chouest and Michelle Chouest; son, Cohen Paul "LiL Goose" Chouest; brothers, 
Tyler Pitre and Errol Chouest III (LiL Black); sisters, Laynee and Chloe 
Chouest; grandparents, Larry Chouest and fiancée, Cybil Rose Miltner, Clinton 
and Gail Thibodeaux, Errol Chouest Sr. (Black), and Ailienne and Gerald 
Louviere; great-grandparents, Adonis and Thelma Chouest, and Lorina Eschete; 
in-laws, Frankie and Angela Falgout, and Jude and Drew Falgout; and godparents, 
Bobby Plaisance Jr. and Tammy Dardar. 

He was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Paul Eschete Sr. 

He was a avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed football, bowling, softball, hunting and 
bow fishing. He loved his play station. He was a very loving MAN! 

Samart-Mothe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
