Lynes "Lonnie" Green, age 55, a native of Thibodaux, departed this life on 
Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2016 at his residence in Thibodaux, LA. 

Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until Religious Services at 11 a.m. on 
Saturday Feb. 27 at Morning Star Baptist Church in Thibodaux, 

with burial to follow in Morning Star Baptist Church cemetery in Thibodaux. 

He is survived by his wife, Stacey Green; mother, Lillie Mae Green; nine sons; 
five daughters; two brothers; six sisters; and a host of grandchildren, aunts, 
uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Also survived by two god-
daughters. 

He was preceded in death by his father, George Green; two brothers; and one 
sister.
