James "Skinny" Hutchinson, 80, resident and native of Houma, passed away 
peacefully on Monday, Feb. 29, 2016. 

Memorial Visitation will be held on Monday, Mar. 7 from 8 -10 a.m. at Maria 
Immacolata Catholic Church. Memorial Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at 
the church, 

with burial to follow in St. Francis No. 2 Cemetery. 

He is survived by his wife, Yvonne Porche Hutchinson; daughter, Angela Imhoff 
and husband, Rick; sons, Gary Hutchinson and wife, Toni, Caul Hutchinson and 
wife, Martha, and David Hutchinson; grandchildren, Daniella Mahan, Anna Imhoff, 
Jake Boudreaux, Amber Hutchinson, Aaron Hutchinson, and Eric Hutchinson and 
Amanda; and great-grandchildren, Jonah Mahan and Felix Mahan. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sidney Hutchinson and Angelic Voisin 
Hutchinson; sister, Joyce Olivier; and brother, Ralph Hutchinson. He was a 
loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. 

He also deeply loved and cared for his former students and friends. 
Seeing any of these people meant the world to him. He had a sense of humor they 
all enjoyed. 

The family would like to give a special thanks to everyone for their love, 
help, and support. 

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Parkinson Support Group in care 
of the Foundation for Terrebonne General Medical Center at P.O. Box 6037, 
Houma, LA 70361 

Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
