Esther Chenier Ledet, 71, passed away February 2, 2016. 
She was a native of Vacherie, LA and a resident of Thibodaux, LA.

A visitation will be held from 8:30AM until funeral time Saturday, February 6, 
2016 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will 
be at 11AM at the church, 

with burial to follow in St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church cemetery.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Robert J. Ledet; daughter, Melina 
Ledet Cooper; brother, Leonard Chenier; sister, Sandra Chenier Thibodaux; 4-
grandchildren and 2-great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by hers parents, Dennis Chenier, Sr. and Eve Zeller 
Chenier; brothers, Dennis Chenier, Jr. and Paul Chenier and sister, Lois 
Chenier Cortez.
