Richard Paul Legano, 64, a native of Brooklyn, NY, and a longtime resident of 
Houma, LA, passed away February 9th, 2016, after a lengthy battle with “PSP” 
Parkinson. 
Rick, known as Rickster, was employed for 24 years by and retired from TGMC 
Rehab Department.

A memorial service will be held Saturday February 13th from 9:00 am 11:00 am, 
Christ Church Baptist, 1700 East Tunnel Blvd, Houma LA.

Rick is survived by JoAnn Michel Legano, his loving and devoted wife of 32 
years, sons Shane Christopher Legano and wife Emily, Stephen Legano and wife 
Gretchen, and one daughter Macy Legano Cheramie and husband Jace, 4 
grandchildren; Brothers, John and Debbe Legano of Bossier City, LA, Thomas and 
Renae Legano of Pelzer, SC, and sister, Arleen and Randall Thomason of Greer, 
SC.

He was preceded in death by his parents Benjamin John Legano and Florence 
Legano Allen.

All arrangements are being handled by Samart Funeral Home, Houma LA.
