Delores Pinell Martin, 78, a native of Terrebonne Parish and a resident of 
Chauvin, passed away on Tuesday, February 23, 2016. 

Visitation will be Friday, February 26, 2016 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at 
St. Joseph Catholic Church in Chauvin, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial 
at the church, 

with burial in St. Joseph Catholic Church cemetery in Chauvin. 

She is survived by her children, Ricardo "Ricky" Martin and wife, Donna, 
Raymonde Martin Naquin and husband, Dean Naquin; grandchildren, Mitzi Martin-
Scott and husband, Trenton "T.J." Scott, and Brittney Naquin; brother, Edward 
Pinell and wife, Rose Pinell; sister in laws, brother in laws, and numerous 
nieces and nephews. 

She is preceded in death by her husband, Raymond "T-Kye" Martin, to whom she 
was a loving wife of 51 years; parents, Alcee "LouLou" and Nolia Malbrough 
Pinell; brothers, Lucius "BooBoo" Pinell and Russell Pinell; sister, Thelma 
"SueSue" Lirette; sister in laws, brother in laws, and numerous nieces and 
nephews. 

She was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church. 
She was a cook for Terrebonne parish School Board for 30 plus years. 
She was an awesome daughter, wife, mother, sister, and friend to all that knew 
her. 

Samart Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of arrangements.
