Mary Eve Landry Pitre, 81, a native and resident of Thibodaux, LA, passed away 
on Thursday, February 4, 2016.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 11, 2016 at St. Charles Borromeo 
Catholic Church from 7:30 am to 10:30 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 
celebrated at 10:30 am at the church with burial in the church cemetery.

She is survived by sons, Leander Pitre Jr. and companion Phyllis, Ronald Pitre 
and wife Donna, James Pitre; daughters, Vivian Arcement and husband James, Rose 
Luquette and husband Vaughn, Marjorie Clement and husband Jimmy, Yvonne Pitre, 
Rita Beer, Nitra Naquin and husband Timothy; 17 grandchildren; 17 great-
grandchildren; sister, Julia Moll; brother, O.J. Landry.

She is preceded in death by husband, Leander Pitre Sr.; parents, Orestile and 
Eva Landry; brothers, Volzie Landry, Adley Landry, Eugene Landry; great-
granddaughter, Eve A. Blackard.
