Junius Joseph Dion, 68, died Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at 01:28 PM.  
He was a native of Houma, LA and resident of Houma, LA.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 4, 2016 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at 
Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Saturday, March 5, 2016 from 10:30am to 1:45pm 
at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on 
Saturday, March 5, 2016 at 02:00pm at Annunziata Catholic Church.  

Burial: St. Ann Catholic Church Cemetery

He is survived by his, spouse: Earlene Billiot Dion, sons: Nathan Dion and wife 
Cindy, Junius Dion Jr. and wife Jennifer, Leon Dion and wife Katherine, 
grandchildren: Skylar, Steven, T.J., Sy, Leon Jr., Kayla, Eva, Payton, Devin, 
Drake, Luke, Logan, sisters: Bessie Parfait, Mary Lee Dion, and Mildred Dion.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Ruffin Dion and Eva Dion, brother: 
George Dion, sister: Rita Coutreaux.

He was a parishioner of Annunziata Catholic Church.

He was an avid hunter and fisher. He loved his woodcrafts, camping.  Junius was 
a 4th Degree Knight of Columbus at Holy Family in Dulac, LA.  He was a hard 
worker who supported his family for many years.

He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
