He was a musician in New Orleans for many years. He was known to many as Wa-Wa the guitar man. David worked with many musicians including the legendary Fat Dominos, Ray Charles, the Neville's Brothers, Willy West and a host of others. He leaves to cherish his memories, four children, David Douglas, Jr., Trudy Douglas and Tiesha Douglas (Glen), Keith Sills and Tarshelda Greene; a devoted friend Sandra Sills; two sisters, Geraldine Douglas Boyd of Raceland and Betty Jean Douglas Douglas of Raceland; two brothers, Andrew and Alvin Douglas, Sr. Kennedy Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. ======================
