Mildred Marie “Millie” Chiasson Grazier, 78, a native of Chackbay and resident 
of Thibodaux, passed away peacefully at 8:52 p.m. on March 19, 2016.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral 
from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 
celebrated at 12:00 p.m. 

with burial at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Cemetery in Chackbay.

She is survived by her husband, James T. Grazier, Sr.; daughters Lynette 
Grazier, Dawn Grazier Chadwick and spouse Ken Chadwick; son Tim Grazier, Jr. 
and spouse Becky Grazier; seven grandchildren, Courtney Miller and spouse Chris 
Miller, Kayley Gautreaux, Jessie Grazier, Hayden Chadwick, Cole Grazier, 
Charlie Grazier, Timothy Grazier; and two great-grandchildren, Harrison and 
Hayes Miller. 
She is also survived by her loving sisters, Lodia Rodrigue, Mary Marcello and 
spouse Jerry Marcello, and Dorothy Howard. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Wallace and Alice Chiasson; brothers, 
Joseph, Wilbert, Wiley, Preston, Sheldon, and Albert Chiasson and sister, Nina 
Chiasson Ledet.

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
