Sybil R. Hebert, 94, a native of Cecilia, LA and lifelong resident of 
Thibodaux, LA was called to her rest on Wednesday, March 8, 2016 at her home.

Memorial visitation will take place at Landry’s Funeral Home – Thibodaux on 
Friday, March 18, 2016 from 12:00 Noon till 1:45 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial 
will take place at 2:00 PM, at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral in Thibodaux. 

Interment will take place in St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux.

She is survived by her children, Beryl H. Lapeyrouse, Karl “Peewee” Hebert, 
Jr., Susanne H. Leonard, Cathy B. Hebert, and Lilly H. Nelton; grandchildren, 
Beryl Lynn Bush and spouse, Tony, Lara L. Bernard and spouse, Ben, Paul 
Lapeyrouse, Heidi N. Blanchard and spouse, Shane; great-grandchildren, Sean and 
Aaron Bush, Dylan Howell, Alex Lapeyrouse, and Kaston Blanchard; as well as 
numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Karl “Peewee” Hebert, Sr.; father, 
Leonace Richard; mother, Lillian Romagoso Richard; brothers, Cyril and Travis 
Richard; sister, Mavis Richard Zeringue; grand-daughter, Kasi Nelton; and son-
in-law, Charles “Chuck” Leonard.

Landry’s Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
