Melina Ann Fitch Lanus, 32, a native of Houma and a resident of Houma and 
Lafourche Parish, passed away on March 16, 2016.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 22, 2016 from 5pm to 9pm at Samart 
Funeral Home of Houma and Wednesday, March 23, 2016 from 8am - 11am at His 
House Tabernacle, 105 Evergreen Drive, Gray, LA

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at 11am on 
Wednesday, march 23, 2016 at His House Tabernacle, 105 Evergreen Dr. Gray, LA

Burial will take place in Holy Rosary Cemetery

She is survived by
Husband- Derek Lanus
Mother- Melvina Fitch Calloway
Father- Percy "BlackJack" Calloway
Brother- Percy E. Calloway
Sister- Diane Calloway
Godparents- Ida Fitch, Paul Dion, and Lena Dion
Favorite Uncle- Herbert Fitch Jr.
and a host of half sisters, half brothers, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and 
other family.

She was preceded in death by
Grandparents- Herbert Fitch, Sr., Vivian Rose Fitch, Milton and Hazel 
Chatagnier, and Claude Savoie
Mother and father in law- Essie Lanus and Willie J. Ross

A special thanks to ICU staff of Oschner Baptist Hospital in New Orleans and 
the Emergency Room staff of Chabert.
