Valentine Mott Jr., 75, a native of Lake Charles and resident of Bourg, passed 
away on March 24, 2016.

Visitation will be held Monday, March 28, 2016, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm and 
Tuesday, March 29, 2016, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at Bayou Blue Assembly of 
God.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at 11:00am at Bayou 
Blue Assembly of God.

Burial will take place in the Rogers Cemetery.

He is survived by
Wife- Teresa Potasnik Mott
Sons- Reggie Mott and wife Sandy, Troy Mott and wife Milissia, and Jerrett Mott
Step Son- Rick Matherne
Daughters-Telisa Crabtree and husband Phil, and Samantha Chaisson and husband 
Jason
Step Daughter- Tamara Scott and husband Apollo, and Michaela Matherne
Brothers- Stanford Mott, Raymond Mott, Dallas Mott, and Randall Mott
Sisters-Wilma Cormier, Wilda Frederick, and Marjorie Alford
Grandchildren- 11
Great Grandchildren- 13

He was preceded in death by
Parents- Mr. and Mrs. Valentine Mott Sr.
Sister- Bernadine Adams
Great Grandson- Luke Crabtree
Step Son- Jon Matherne

Samart is in charge of arrangements.
