Leo Philip Perque, Jr., 69, a native and resident of Chackbay, passed away on 
Sunday, March 20, 2016.

A private service will be held per his request. 

Burial will be at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Cemetery in Chackbay.

He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Jackie Trosclair Perque; 2 
loving daughters, Dawn Perque Theriot and husband Darren, Shannon Perque 
Delatte and husband Kevin; also, the apples of his eyes and his pride and joy, 
his 3 grandkids, Alexandra and Haden Theriot and Hailey Delatte.

He was preceded in death by his by his parents, Leo, Sr. and Dolly Rodrigue 
Perque; brother, Ralph Perque.

Leo lived life to the fullest. He loved spending time with his family and 
reading the sports section. He had a very strong faith in God.
