Lillian Chamberlain Prosperie, 85, a native of Napoleonville, LA a former 
resident of Montegut, LA and resident of Winter Garden, Florida, passed away on 
March 11, 2016.

Visitation will be held Monday, March 28, 2016, 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm & Tuesday, 
March 29, 2016, 9:00 am - 11:00 am at Samart Funeral Home of Houma, LLC, Houma, 
Louisiana.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 29, 2016, 11:00 am at the 
Samart Funeral Home of Houma, Houma.

Burial will take place in the Bisland Cemetery.

She is survived by Daughter, Gina P. Brasell and husband John A. Brassell, Jr., 
Son, Tony Prosperie and wife Belinda Pinell Prosperie; grandchildren, Abby P. 
Chabert and husband Eric, Erin Brasell and husband Jesse Gelwicks, Woody 
Prosperie and companion Beth Couvillier, Katie Brasell Hunley and husband Eric 
Hunley; great grandchildren, Hunter and Morgan Chabert, Miles Gelwicks, Kali 
Prosperie and Aubrey Hunley.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Joseph "Fido" Prosperie; parents, 
Sterling A. Chamberlain and Flossie Blanchard Chamberlain; sister, Lilly 
Chamberlain Henry.
