SCHEXNAYDER, GARNET 
December 16, 1927 - March 21, 2016

Garnet Margaret Schexnayder, 88, died Monday, March 21, 2016 at 04:35 AM. She 
was a native of New Roads, LA and resident of Schreiver, LA.

Services will be held Tuesday, March 29, 2016 from 9 a.m. to service time at 
St. Mary’s Catholic Church in New Roads, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 
held at 10:30a.m. on March 29, 2016 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in New Roads, 
LA 

with a private burial to be held by the family.

She is survived by her, Son: Paul Schexnayder and wife Katherine, Daughters: 
Allyson Marie Callahan, Bridget Schexnayder Olivier and husband Pat,  and 
Grandchildren: Emily Schexnayder Miller and husband Britt and their children 
Taylor and Tori, Jennifer Lynn Schexnayder and Fiance' Derek Moreau, Lynn 
Michael Olivier, and Megan Allyson Olivier.

She was preceded in death by her, Spouse: Gerald Schexnayder Sr.,  and Parents: 
Camille and Elvee Langlois.

She enjoyed working in her garden and reading.  She will be dearly missed by 
all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to Haydel Memorial Hospice at 
1297 St Charles Street, Suite H, Houma LA 70360.
