Visitation will be held from 8 a.m. until funeral service at 10a.m. on Thursday March 31, 2016 at Thibodaux Funeral Home in Thibodaux, LA. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux, LA. He is survived by his children, Dosha Holden Voiron, Wanda Truxillo Tabor, Rebecca “Beckie” Benoit, Hedrick Tabor, Dale Tabor, Eric Holden, and Jimmy Holden; sisters, Brenda Richard, Joyce Tabor, Rose Rink, and Virgie Glynn; 18 Grandchildren and 21 Great- Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Shirley Gilfour Tabor, parents Elodia and Edward Tabor; 5 brothers and 4 sisters; 1 grandchild and 1 great- grandchild. He loved growing plants and raising animals in his spare time. He retired form Avondale Shipyards after working 25 years as a 1st Class Carpenter. He enjoyed building and inventing things. He will be deeply missed by all those that loved him and everyone he met loved him. ======================
