Hubert "Bay" F. Belanger, 95, native and resident of Houma, passed away on 
April 15, 2016. 

Visitation will be held at The First United Methodist Church of Houma from 9 
a.m. until 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 19, 2016. The funeral services will begin 
at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at the church. 

Burial will take place in the Holy Rosary Cemetery. 

He is survived by his wife, Therecia Neal Belanger; children, Ivy Belenger and 
wife, Arlene, Susan Skarke and husband, Fred, Ray Belanger and wif,e Robbie, 
Jerry Belanger and wife, Amy, and Lisa Bourg and husband, Randy; nine 
grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; one great-grandchild on the way; and 
sister, Sarah Eschete. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hubert Joseph Belanger and Maude 
Lillian Belanger; sister, Mary Duet; and brothers, Allen, Gayden, Hewitt and 
Morris Belanger. 

A special thanks to Haydel Memorial Hospice and Dr. Dickie Haydel for all the 
care and compassion that was given. 

He retired from GG Marcel and Sons after 21 years of service. He was a WWII 
Veteran. 

Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
