Joseph Charles "Noonie" Dunbar, 55, a native and resident of Schriever, passed 
away at 8:46 a.m. on Sunday, April 10, 2016. 

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 
22 at Morning Star Baptist Church, 108 Livas Lane. 

Burial will follow in Halfway Cemetery. 

He is survived by two brothers, Lloyd and Lionel Dunbar; and five sisters, 
Theresa, Linda and Shelia Dunbar, Kathy Johnson and Gaynell Jackson. He was 
preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Marie Vincent-Dunbar; brother, 
Henry Dunbar; and sister, Myra D. Smith. 

Arrangements entrusted to Jones Funeral Home of Houma.
