Barbara Bergeron Durocher, 76, a native of Houma, LA and resident of Thibodaux, 
LA, passed away on Monday, April 11, 2016. 

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 from 6:30 pm to 10:00 p.m. 
at Thibodaux Funeral Home. Visitation will resume on Thursday, April 14, 2016 
from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at St. Genevieve Catholic Church in Thibodaux, LA. 
A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 a.m. at the church 

followed by burial in St. Joseph Cemetery. 

She is survived by sons, Jerry J. Durocher, Billy J. Durocher Sr.; daughter, 
Patricia "Susie" Truxillo and husband Paul; grandchildren, Billy "B.J." 
Durocher and wife Melina, Nicole Durocher, Tyler Babin and wife Cara, Crystal 
Durocher, Matt Durocher, Baby Babin; great-grandchildren, Ericah Durocher, 
Joseph Durocher, Myles Landry, Phillip Durocher, Avery Babin; brothers, Ruben 
Bergeron Jr. and wife Carolyn, Bert Bergeron, Clyde Bergeron and wife Jean, 
Reynald Bergeron and wife Janet, Blake Bergeron and wife Faith; sisters, Mary 
Bergeron, Martha Honey Bunny" Porche and husband Richard. 

She is preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Eldridge "Blackie" 
Durocher; parents, Ruben Bergeron Sr. and Lois LeBouef Bergeron; brother, Larry 
James Bergeron; sister, Imelda "Cookie" Sisler.
