Visitation will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Montegut on Wednesday April 6, 2016 from 8:30 to 11:00 a.m. Rosary will be at 9:30 a.m. Funeral services will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Montegut, on Wednesday, April 6, 2016, at 11 a.m. Burial will take place in the Sacred Heart Cemetery. She is survived by Daughters, Colette Fick and husband Benny, Wendy Henry; son, Judson Ellender, Jr. and companion Jodi Pellegrin; grandchildren, Tony "TJ" Henry, Jr. and wife L'erin, Ross Endsley, Kade Domangue, Kalie and Brennan Fick; 1 great grandchild, Bowen Henry; sisters, Peggy Lirette and late husband Wayne, Brenda Danos and husband Danny. She was preceded in death by husband, Judson Ellender, Sr.; son, Raleigh Ellender; parents, Raleigh and Delores "Chuppy" Dugas Pellegrin; father and mother -in-law, Edward Ellender, Sr. and Madeline Hutcherson Ellender; son -in- law, Tony Henry, Sr.; one godchild, Timothy Bascle. Connie was retired from Terrebonne Parish School System after 30 years of teaching. She was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, having served as a commentator and on the finance committee She was the owner of LaCache Cattle. She immensely loved, and generously shared, the abundant fruit of her blackberry farm. Her greatest joy in life were her grandchildren and great grandchild.
