Howard Paul Hebert, 52, a native and a resident of Houma, passed away on April 
28, 2016. 

A memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, May 1, 2016 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. 
at Samart Funeral Home. 

He is survived by his father, Arthur Hebert Sr.; son, Shawn Hebert; daughter, 
Hannah Hebert; brother, Arthur Hebert Jr.; sisters, Debra Hebert, Nancy Ann 
Bowman, and Sandra Hebert. 

He was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Vito Hebert; daughter, Angel 
Elizabeth Hebert. 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the funeral home for funeral 
expenses. 

Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
