Daryl James Lasseigne, 59, a native and resident of Thibodaux, LA passed away 
on April 27, 2016.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at Christ the Redeemer Catholic 
Church from 8:00 AM until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will take 
place at 10:00 AM at Christ The Redeemer Catholic Church. 

Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Thibodaux.

He is survived by his father, Jerry Lasseigne; sister, Gwen L. Foret and 
husband Glenn; brother, Lynn Lasseigne and wife Patricia; nephews, Steven 
Foret, Bradley Lasseigne, and Dawson Lasseigne.

He was preceded in death by mother, Constance Chiasson Lasseigne.

A sergeant with The Lafourche Parish Sheriff Office, he was an animal lover and 
a former president of Hope for Animals. He was also a member of the Christ the 
Redeemer Adoration Chapel. 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to HOPE for Animals, P.O. Box 1341, 
Thibodaux, LA, 70302.

Landry’s Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
