Preston Paul Perez, Sr., 48, a native and resident of Thibodaux, LA, passed 
away on Friday, April 29, 2016.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 2:00 pm 
at Cornerstone Assembly of God Church, 217 Leighton Road, Thibodaux, LA 70301.

He is survived by his daughter, Katelynn Perez; sons, Colby Perez and Preston 
“P.J.” Perez, Jr.; wife, Michele Perez; his loving companion of 11 years, Paula 
Mayeux; father, Freddie J. Perez, Sr.; stepmother, Linda; brothers, Freddie 
Perez, Jr. and Jeffrey Chamberlain; sisters, Vicky Oubre and husband Ronnie, 
Myra Percle and husband Danny; grandchild, Lyric Perez.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Melba Cathy.
