Marie Freeman Reed , 75, native of East Texas and a resident of Houma, passed 
away on April 29, 2016.

She is survived by her husband, James Reed; son, James Morris; daughter, Lanita 
Hougland; sisters and brothers, Thelma, Roy Madie, Sidney, Fran, Chuck, Ken, 
Jim, Jean.

She was preceded in death by her, parents; sister and brother, Syble and 
Herbert

Samart is in charge of arrangements.
