Michael Joseph Richard, 54, a native of Thibodaux and resident of Raceland, 
passed away April 17, 2016. 

Visitation will take place on April 23, 2016 at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic 
Church from 9:00 a.m. until service time. A Memorial Mass will begin at 11:00 
a.m. on April 23 at the church. 

Mr. Michael is survived by his husband, Curry B. Zeringue; children, Lelia and 
Jazzy; brothers, Raymond Jr. (Linda), Jimmy (Joyce), and Mark (Melba); sisters, 
Sissy Bourgeois (Chic) and Pam Daigle (Carl); and numerous nephews and nieces. 

Mr. Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond C. Richard Sr. and 
Dorothy Jack Richard; mother and father-in-law, Blaise R. and Earline Zeringue; 
and nephews, J.J. Richard and Paul Bourgeois. 

Samart-Mothe Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements.
