Joe "Big Joe" Teuton Jr., 75, a native of Houma and resident of Schriever, LA 
passed away on Monday, April 25, 2016. 

Visitation will be held Thursday, April 28, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. until Service 
time at First Baptist Church in Gray, LA. A Memorial Service will be held on 
Thursday at 11:00AM. 

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Betty Lou Cedatal; son, Joe III and 
wife, Kathryn (Liza) Teuton; daughter, Jodie Teuton and husband, Scott 
Oliphant; brother, Jeff Teuton; sister, Charlie Hoover; and grandchildren, 
Victoria Lee Oliphant, Joe (J.T.) IV and Katie Jo Teuton. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe Sr. and Lee Hightower Teuton. Mr. 
Teuton was a member of First Baptist Church and proprietor of Southland 
International. He was a member of NHRA and Southland Hogs Baseball.
