Roger Rene "Roné" Turner, born March 12, 1937, in Thibodaux passed away April 
25, 2016. 

Roné started his career with Turner Electric. He was a drill instructor in the 
ROTC and a member of the Thibodaux Jaycees; he was also sound producer at 
Thibodaux Playhouse. 
Roné started the skibees on Bayou Lafourche, and he enjoyed fishing. He was 
preceded in death by his parents M. Earl and Mildred Turner. 

He is survived by his brothers, M. Earl Jr. and Johnny; his beloved wife of 22 
years, Louise; his children, Ann, Chip, Keri, Tim, Rhonda, Tammie, Secret, and 
Julie; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

Memorial services will be held Saturday, April 30th at 3:00 p.m. at Roller 
Crouch Funeral Home in Mountain View.

School Lane, Thibodaux, LA
