Charlene will be remembered for her good nature, her sense of humor, and her love for her family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. Charlene was an avid football fan and enjoyed going to Saints games; working crossword puzzles; vacationing with her family; having lunch with her Wednesday girls: Betty, Lou, and Lynn; playing Bridge with her loyal club; and spending time with her grandchildren. She was quick to laugh, loved life, and always held on to hope. She was intelligent, brave and strong. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends and will always be thought of fondly. A special thank you to Dr. Russell Henry of Internal Medicine Clinic, Dr. Richard Abben of Cardiovascular Institute of the South, and Mrs. Phyllis Peoples of Terrebonne General Hospital, for their outstanding care and support throughout her medical journey. Charlene’s family suggests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Terrebonne General Medical Center Foundation or the Texas Heart Institute in Houston (texasheart.org). Chauvin Funeral Home is honored to serve the Bordelon family. ======================
