Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafourche/obits/dateobits/2016/f1605.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Paul Sidney Broussard, Sr., 50, was born June 30, 1965 to Lovelis and Ida Mae Broussard and was a lifelong resident of Chauvin until his untimely death Friday, May 27, 2016. Visitation will be held Saturday, June 4, 2016, at Samart Funeral Home of Houma from 8:00 am until 11:00 am. The Religious Service will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at Samart Funeral Home of Houma, at 11:00 am. Burial will take place in the St. Joseph Cemetery - Chauvin. Paul was one of nine children, a talented carpenter and deck-hand. Paul will be fondly remembered by his family and friends for his wit and ability to "stir things up". He leaves behind his family; sons, Paul S. Broussard, Jr., Derik Marie; loving fiance Tiffany Marie; sibilings, Charlie Broussard, Jimmie Broussard and wife Debbie, Tina Broussard, Theresa Clement and husband Brian, Amanda Rogers and husband Tommy, Anna Pierre and husband Jamie; grandchildred, Zachary and Kori Marie; nieces and nephews, Jason "Nephew", Ginger, Laine Michael, Serah, Evan, Ashley, Loriamber, Jeramie, Casey Paul, Cody, Beau, Luke and Cole; great nieces and nephews, Jaci, Jaxson, Kael, Laine, Jr."Monkey", Kaylyn, Eliska, LIam, Lauralee and Gabriel. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lovelis and Ida Mae Broussard; sister, Vikki Storey; niece, Allison Broussard; grandparents, Paul Sidney and Ida Mae Bourg, Amos James and Amanda Broussard.
