Mrs. Sadie Mae Cleveland, 76, native and resident of Raceland, died on Sunday May 29, 2016. 

A 10 AM gathering of remembrance will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Bell Baptist Church until funeral services. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM. 

Burial will be follow in Bell Baptist Church cemetery. 

She is survived by her husband, Oscar Cleveland Sr.; sons, Herman (Marilyn) Harris and Marvin (Tanya) Harris; daughter, Donna Hester Smith; sisters, Beatrice Hester Verrett, and Florence (Birl) Thomas; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and Friends. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alberta and Walter Jr.; sons, Donnie Lee and Wendell Harris; brother, Leo Hester; sisters, Josephine Hester and Audrey Junior; and grandparents, Francis and Ben Reado and Hattie and Walter Sr Hester. 

She loved cooking and sewing. 

Kennedy Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
