Isiah Goudy, 74, a native and resident of Thibodaux, passed away peacefully at 
12:21 p.m. on Saturday, May 7, 2016.

Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, 
May 19 at Moses Baptist Church located at 1032 Canal Blvd 

with burial to follow in the Moses Baptist Church cemetery.

He is survived by his former wife, Faith Goudy; son, Mark Goudy; daughters, 
Leslie Steib, Ava and Erin Goudy; fifteen grandchildren and nineteen great-
grandchildren; brothers, Herman, Samuel and Sidney Goudy; sisters, Eula Hall, 
Betty, Barbara and Mary Goudy.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Lisa Goudy; parents, Walter and 
Cleola Fletcher Goudy; and siblings.

Arrangements entrusted to Jones Funeral Home of Houma.
