U.S. Veteran, Sterling Paul Boudreaux, 87, passed away on Thursday, June 23, 
2016 at 3:40 PM. Born, December 16, 1928, he was a native of Labadieville and 
resident of Thibodaux.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 27, 2016 at St. Philomena Catholic 
Church from 9:00AM until service time. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 
11:30AM at the church 

with burial to follow in St. Philomena Catholic Church cemetery.

He is survived by his daughter, Patricia Boudreaux; sons, Johnny (Becky) 
Boudreaux, Wayne Boudreaux; granddaughter, Brooke (Casey) Chiasson; great 
grandson, Cade Chiasson; sister, Celine Gautreaux.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Marie Louise Boudreaux; parents, Lucien 
and Ursula Boudreaux; brothers, Lucien Boudreaux, Jr., Preston Boudreaux; 
sister Juliette Hebert.

Sterling was a Sulphur Well Operator for Freeport Sulphur. He served in the 
United States Marine Corps. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
