Percy B. Dardar Sr., 75, a native of Pointe-Aux-Chenes and a resident of 
Larose, passed away on June 24, 2016.

Visitation will be Wednesday, June 29, 2016 from 5pm to 9pm at the Pointe-Aux-
Chenes Fire Station and Thursday, June 30, 2016 from 9am to 11am at St. Charles 
Borromeo Church in Pointe-Aux-Chenes. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 
Thursday, June 30, 2016 at 11am at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 

followed by the burial in St. Charles Borromeo Church cemetery.


He is survived by the Mothers of his children, Melia Dorothy Brunet Dardar, 
Cindy Dardar and Amy R. Britt; Children, Percy Dardar Jr., Mary Ann Labruzzo 
and husband Travis, Selina Dardar and husband Willie Smith, Elaine Verdin and 
husband Steven Sr., Percy Miguel Dardar and wife Lacy Vito Dardar, Alvin 
Dardar, Brandon Dardar and wife Lacy Williams Dardar, and Chase Dardar; 
Brother, Davis Dardar; sister, Shirlene Markham and husband Virgil; 26 
Grandchildren; 38 Great Grandchildren; and 3 Great Great Grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, Alvin and Selma Neal Dardar; Brothers, 
Many Dardar and Norman Dardar Sr.; Sister in law- Olivia Dardar; Great 
Grandchildren, London Dardar and Angel Dardar; and Nephew, Alvin Dardar.

Samart is in charge of arrangements.
